Terms of Service

These terms summarize the conduct expected when using Talente's web marketplace, dashboard, learning, messaging, contracts, reports, and payment workflows.

Marketplace Use

Users must post lawful work, provide accurate profile or organization information, and avoid harassment, fraud, spam, circumvention, or misleading activity.

Contracts and Payments

Jobs, tasks, RFP responses, swarm agreements, milestones, escrow actions, payouts, and disputes must be handled through the platform workflows where they are available.

Content and Accounts

Users are responsible for the content they submit and for keeping account credentials secure. Talente may restrict access to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
